Dr. Zeeshan Ahmed

Research Interests


My lab is doing research with focus on intelligent and multi-functional systems development for integrative healthcare, genomics and metabolomics data analysis to discover disease biomarkers and different forms of phenotypic information for advanced diagnostic and personalized treatment in Precision Medicine. My lab’s research objectives include, modelling clinical, genomics and metabolomics data to find statistical patterns across millions of features to identify underlying biologic pathways, modifiable risk factors and actionable information that supports early detection and prevention of complex disorders, and development of new therapies for better patient care.

Clinical or Educational Responsibilities

Aim to establish excellent research, and mentor research students and postdocs.
